The Team

Lindsay Weaver, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

The five year industry maven directs all marketing, sales and relationship strategies, the oversight of the DIRECPATH brand, field marketing activities, consumer and business development trade programs, and social media campaigns.

Lindsay is recognized throughout the PCO channel as the leading expert in building relationships and driving service penetrations in multifamily communities across the nation. She has developed, modified and launched the programs that are used in hundreds of DIRECTV wired communities today. She has built a team from the ground up that manages the onsite property relationships. This model has more than doubled the company’s average video and data penetration on our fleet of MDU properties.

In large part due to Lindsay’s leadership in MDU marketing, DIRECPATH won DIRECTV’s most coveted honor, Highest DIRECTV Penetration, three years running. Her success in MDU marketing has been so highly regarded within our industry that it led to DIRECTV engaging DIRECPATH to market its own MDU properties throughout several markets in the U.S. Today she leads an incredible team of professionals who are the envy of the MDU channel due to their effectiveness at relationship and team building, and marketing prowess.

Her innovative style expands from experiential and traditional marketing tactics to social and guerrilla marketing campaigns. With a proven 5 year track record of increasing video, Internet, and voice penetrations, revenues and customer retention, she is constantly refocusing her strategy so that her team continues to lead the marketplace with their original and fresh ideas.

Before joining DIRECPATH, Lindsay held positions with Lagasse-Sweet in their Tradeshow Department. She began her career at HomeBanc Mortgage after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
